Hi! My name is Sindija, I am a wife and a mom and I come from Latvia. I speak both polish and latvian. The decision to become a doula certainly did not come in one day. After the first baby a cook woke up in me, I learned how to cook from zero, and I am not afraid to try new things. The same goes for real life. My life paths and views goes in all directions, but one definitely is the closest and the longest... Actually, I started my doula journey recently. After the birth of my second daughter a revelation dawned on me - I have been supporting and informing everyone around me, since I can remember myself! For me, it has always been important to support others and find the right path, and to be faithful. My birth experience - I had a great opportunity to be ''on the other side'' when giving birth to my second daughter, I was supported by doula during the birth. It was a fantastic experience, all my fears were dispelled, and even my husband felt more confident. Doula showed him ways in which he could help me. I felt as if I had a real support team! Now I believe, with the touch of faith and power of a good word, I am confident that every woman can give birth by herself. Just make sure that new mothers are paying attention to their feelings and listening to their instincts.
